Job Responsibilities:
  • Own product strategy, prioritization and execution for one or more mobile consumer products
  • Understand consumer behaviour and operational dynamics of a blended/omnichannel commerce platform
  • Create powerful buying experiences for our customers across multiple platforms and channels (online and offline)
  • Increase adoption of current feature set and remove friction points from customer experience
  • Identify and build for new consumer need use cases that can make our products more meaningful for our customers
  • Work with key stakeholders across Business and Technology teams to evaluate and prioritize opportunities and develop a proper product strategy
  • Identify technology and business risks in a use case and track it closely
  • Determine the metrics that will determine business, technology and operational success
  • Constantly track metrics to fine-tune product and business offerings
Required Skills:
  • 8+ years of experience building and launching consumer applications on web and mobile platforms
  • At least 4 years of product management experience building mobile consumer products
  • Data and design thinking to simplify complex business problems into product strategy and functionality
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple competing priorities simultaneously and drive projects to completion under tight deadlines
  • Track record of strong verbal/written communication & data presentation skills, including an ability to effectively communicate with both business and technical teams
  • Ability to build effective partnerships with business owners across business lines
  • Ability to successfully thrive in an ambiguous environment with changing needs
  • Ability to negotiate consensus and prioritize between multiple, sometimes conflicting constituencies and priorities
Preferred Skills:
  • Past technical background, with 3+ years in an engineering role
  • Experience in digital commerce or payments and understanding of the retail eco-system
